| I was fortunate to co-present at Dreamforce a couple of weeks ago talking about ExactTarget and the Salesforce.com integration and more to the point, some best practices in email marketing and email marketing in general. Questions are at the end and are probably more interesting than the canned presentation. We talk about email on handhelds, image suppression in email, ISP relationships, white-lists and deliverability...along with data integration and triggered email. here is the video. Great video although a bit long for me. I've got ADD when it comes to presentations :-) I have heard good things about ExactTarget's Salesforce.com integration. Great work!

Once again great job with the presentation. You were very informative and entertaining.
To others who might be reviewing the presentation, Chris mentioned a case study about triggered emails near the end of his presentation. The correct name of the ExactTarget partner who developed this mashup between ExactTarget and SalesForce is American Data Company (www.americandatacompany.com), not American Data Systems.
I hope you don't mind the correction.
