Chris,
Ironically, I've learned about Exact Target by clicking on a banner with your company's logo ("To leaarn more ...") and that brought to me to "your email has been removed from database" etc). Intrigued, I googled for the company's name (sorry, I live in France) and finally discovered the professionalism of your solutions ... as well as your blog! Re your abouve statement, what's missing to close-up the chain is HOW to get that "data", how to make it reliable and how to maintain it. It happens that I'm working on such a solution right now, in architecture phase, backed by some notable ad agencies, and I'd like to know if you'd be interested to dig deeper into it if you provide me a non-public electronic contact (more specific, an email address) to come back to you.
